We regret to inform you that FedEx, the company that delivers our products to you, has informed us that effective January 6, 2025, shipping costs will increase by an average of 7.9% from the current prices.
Actually, the average shipping cost increased by about 4% earlier this summer, but we have been covering this increase until now.
The average increase of 7.9% scheduled for the beginning of the new year will be steep, and when combined with the summer increase, we will be responsible for more than 10% of our customers' shipping costs. We are very sorry, but at this time, we have no choice but to raise our shipping rates.
So, if you want to place an order, it is better to do so by the end of this year rather than wait for after the new year, when the raise will be effective.
