The Japan Post Office's EMS （Express Mail Service) is gradually getting back into order and has resumed shipping to many countries. However, shipments to such countries such as USA and Australia are still not possible. So as we notified you before, we are shipping to these countries using UPS which costs twice than EMS, but we are covering the cost DIFFERENCE (not the whole cost but the extra cost part) ourselves. We will continue to cover this cost difference for our customers until EMS resumes for all countries worldwide. We hope this happens soon.
